Purchase/Lease a Vehicle

VCU departments are welcome to submit a request to purchase or lease a vehicle. Our Fleet Manager will work with you directly to select the right vehicle to suit your needs. 

First, you'll need to complete and submit a vehicle request form for each proposed vehicle purchase and/or lease. All required signatures must be obtained for complete submission, and vehicles may not be acquired without prior written approval. Please allow sufficient time for our team to review and process your request(s).
