Need an extra hand getting around campus? We've got it handled! 

RamsLink and How It Works 

RamsLink provides point-to-point transportation during the academic semesters. Rides must be scheduled in advance via the Ride Pingo app and you must be picked up within the same boundaries as our RamSafe service offered during the overnight hours. 

Riders must be registered prior to being able to use the RamsLink service. This can be done in four different ways: 

  • Temporary Disability/Need - 
  • Permanent Disability - 
  • Long-Term Disability (Student) - 
  • Long-Term Disability (Faculty/Staff) - 

NOTE: If you have an ADA placard, you automatically qualify to use RamsLink. You just need to submit an image of your placard and wallet card to commute@vcu.edu.
