Transitioning from A Lot Oliver Hill to 14th & Cary St. Deck

Beginning December 1st, 2025, we will begin moving A Lot Oliver Hill subscribers to our new 14th St. Deck (at 14th and Cary). Subscribers may enter the deck from E. Cary Street. 

Please note that our LPR system will not be available upon the December 1st start date, and subscribers will need to access the deck using their VCU ID card. To access the deck with your card, hold your ID to the access column (photo reference below). 

Security Details: Sentry Force will be on-site from 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. starting December 1st. These hours will expand to 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. once we standardize the RamRide routes on February 2nd, 2026. 

The bus stop for the 14th St. Deck will be at the pedestrian exit on 14th and Main (photo reference below).
