Monroe Park Campus Sale
The upcoming parking permit sales schedule will be as follows:
- Spring Monroe Park Campus permits (commuter, 24/7 permits and housing permits): Wednesday, Dec. 4 at 9 a.m.
All permits are virtual and linked to your license plate(s), so no hangtag will be mailed. Learn how to link your permit at go.vcu.edu/lpr.
Due to the large volume of activity on sale days, phone lines and customer service office locations may experience higher than normal traffic. If you cannot reach us by phone, we encourage you to email parking@vcu.edu, and a customer service representative will respond promptly.
Steps to Purchase Parking:
- Review the Monroe Park Campus parking options before making your purchase.
- Ensure you have your VCU eID and vehicle information and have registered for classes for the current semester.
- Make sure you have no outstanding parking citations and a permanent address on file in Banner.
- Log in to the parking portal by clicking on the yellow "Manage my Account" button in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Select "Get Permits" and review the list of available options. (Parking is sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so some facilities may not be available.)
- Add the selected permit to your cart and follow the payment prompts.
- You will receive an electronic receipt.
- All permits will be virtual and linked to one's license plate(s), so no hangtag will be mailed. Learn how to link your permit at go.vcu.edu/lpr. If parking in a deck, you can use your VCUCard as a secondary credential to enter the facility.
In the event you are awarded a permit, please make sure you have the following before purchasing:
- A valid VCU eID and password. Please visit http://go.vcu.edu/eidfinder if you do not know your eID and password.
- A debit or credit card to make your online purchase.
- The make, model and license plate of all vehicles you may drive to campus. Your permit will be virtual and linked to your license plate, so this is essential. Learn more at go.vcu.edu/lpr.
- No outstanding parking citations. You can pay citations online at http://www.parking.vcu.edu/parking/citations.
- Registered for classes. Students who have not registered ahead of the sale date will not be able to purchase parking.
FAQs
The upcoming parking permit sales schedule will be as follows:
- Summer '24 permits: Wednesday, May 15 at 9 a.m.
- Fall permits (24/7 permits and housing permits): Tuesday, June 25 at 9 a.m.
- Fall Monroe Park Campus commuter permits: Tuesday, July 30 at 9 a.m.
Instructions:
1. Log in to the parking portal at vcu.t2hosted.com/Account/Portal by clicking "LOGIN" in the top right corner.
2. Navigate to "View Your Permits" under "Permits."
3. Select your permit and scroll down to the "Associated Vehicles" section to view the license plates associated with your permit.
4. If you need to add a new vehicle, use the "Add Vehicles to Permit" button at the bottom. Students may add two vehicles.
Note: If only one vehicle is currently linked, add a new one before deleting an existing one. If you need to delete a vehicle from your account, please email us at parking@vcu.edu.
